The Kindness of Strangers and Ventura was a Blast.

Last Thur people were being kind. A lady stopped her car so that Jack and I could cross Pacific. And, when we went to play at The Ventura Tavern without a PA, Glen, the MGR and brutha asked his friend Brian, whose band had just finished playing and was on his way home, to loan us a mic, stand and cable. After we scavenged a powered speaker we found at the club -Presto Gig-o. Blast. Thanks everybody!
